Lavidia Renee Gibson (Viddy), of Baltimore, MD, entered into eternal rest on September 1, 2015. She was born June 13, 1965, to Frances Coates and the late Leroy Gibson. \n\nLavidia was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System and worked various jobs. Lavidia was known as "Viddy" to many who she touched through her life. She was full of fun and enjoyed sharing childhood memories. To know her was to love her. She was truly one of a kind and will be missed by all who loved her.\n\nShe leaves to cherish her fond memories three sons, Stephen Laboard, Christoper and Christian Thomas; mother, Frances Coats; two sisters, Leatrice Smith and Verinica Gibson; three grandchildren, Deonte, Karma, and Morgan Laboard; brother-in-law, Evander Smith; five aunts, Helen Cheeks, Barbara Gibson, Marguerite Davis, Iona Richburg, and Deborah Smith; two uncles, Howard Thacker and Clifton Smith; five nieces, Nakia Ford, Vanessa Robinson, Kiona Gibson, Tiffany Chambers, and Brittany Smith; three nephews, Anthony and Keon Bagley, and James Robinson; and one very special cousin, Daphne Brown-Wright who she loved like a sister. \n\nShe was preceded in death by her father, Leroy Gibson; sister, Doreen Brown; brother, Raymond Gibson; nephew, Dion Gibson Sr.; two uncles, Eddie and Martin Gibson; and grandmother, Mattie Gibson, who she called Wa and loved so much.
