Constance Marie Hill

Constance "Connie" Marie Hill, peacefully entered into eternal rest on August 30, 2016, surrounded by her loving family. Born November 4, 1931, in Frederick, MD, she was the daughter of the late William Freland and Marguerite Freland Sappington.

She leaves to cherish her memory five children, David "Jeffrey" Freland (Barbara), Michael "Watu" Hill (Marisa), Cindy Brown (Eugene), Randy "Monty" Hill (Robbin), and Antonio "Tony" Hill (Joann); 18 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; devoted niece, Mary Francis "Tuttie" Johnson; devoted nephew, David Sappington, Jr.; and a host of family and friends. Ms. Hill was preceded in death by three children, Marie, Thomas "Frosty", and Lisa Hill.

The family will receive friends at Gary L. Rollins Funeral Home, 110 W. South Street, Frederick, MD, on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, September 8, 2016, at St. John Catholic Church, 112 E. 2nd Street, Frederick, MD, at 10:00 am.
