Crystal Morris

Crystal M. Morris, 50, passed on Sunday, May 23, 2021, in her home in Frederick, MD. Born on October 17, 1970, in Frederick, she was the daughter of the late Shirley Hinnant, Howard Hinnant Jr., Eugene Thomas, and granddaughter to her loving grandmother, Nellie L. Butler. Crystal was one of the kindest people you could ever meet. She was a loving and caring person, a devoted mother, and a thoughtful friend. She had an open heart and enjoyed singing, listening to music, reading books, and Lifetime movies. She enjoyed spending time with kids and checking in on the dogs. She was proud of her son and his accomplishments. She loved him more than life itself.

Crystal is survived by her: son Trae Scott, 4 brothers, Charles Morris of Frederick MD, Howard Hinnant III of Ijamsville MD, Michael Hinnant of Greenville NC, Troy Thompson of Frederick MD; 3 sisters, Sandra Hinnant of Dickinson MD, Tonya Hinnant of Rocky Mount NC, and Tamy Brutus of Charlotte NC; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends.
