Donald Lakeith Williams, born July 22, 1979, passed away on May 20, 2021. Lil Don earned his GED in Atlanta, GA at the age of 17, married at the age of 32 adopted his wife's son, moved to Frederick MD where he has resided for the past 12 years. He attended college at Lincoln Tech where he earned a Certification in Auto Mechanics. \r\n\r\nDonald ran into a bump in life, which ended up with him being incarcerated for two years for trying to feed his family the wrong way; nevertheless, he priested and managed to earn his Electricians Certification there. Although not perfect, Donald was truly a loving father and family man. His favorite pastime was playing video games on PlayStation. He did not engage in clubbing except on special occasions.\r\n\r\nHis last days on earth were spent in fellowship with his son Antonio Williams, his Lady Rain and their children, his new grandson Kacey, and his older grandson Kaden along with his adopted grandson Ace and his mother. Daijon Williams is Donald's adopted son by his ex-wife Vickie Green Williams who he moved to Maryland with 12 years ago... \r\n\r\nDonald has faced many challenges for a young man up to the age of 42. His two twin daughters by his current lady friend, Fatou Jessup; passed away in 2019; one in Donald's hands at home, and the other in her mother's arms at the hospital. The last year 2020 Donald injured his neck on his job at FedEx and had to stop work. \r\n\r\nHis roadblocks did not stop him. Lil Don was determined to keep going while already working on a business degree and starting his own business selling cars. Because of the injury and stress, early this year 2021 Donald had a heart attack that caused him to have a stent placed in his heart \r\n\r\nOn the day of his death, he drove himself to the hospital and went into cardiac arrest . He was never much of a talker so when something was troubling him he would always try to do the best he could to handle it on his own. \r\n\r\nDonald was determined to change his life around, however, the medical team could not revive him this time.
