Joyce Horner

Joyce F. Horner, 60, of Frederick, MD, passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2015. She was born October 24, 1954 to the late Doris I. Horner and Charles Stitely.

Jocye attended Catoctin High School. She worked as a caregiver and was the head cook at Perkins Restaurant. Joyce enjoyed playing bingo, eating crabs, pickles, and drinking her Pepsi.

She leaves to cherish her memory her devoted boyfriend, Robert "Eggs" Rollins Sr.; four children, Robert E. Rollins Jr. (Angie), Nathan C. Rollins and Unetra Fay Biggus, all of Frederick, MD, and Jason D. Biggus (Audrey), Pennsylvania; three sisters, Linda Ramey, Hagerstown, MD, and Cheryl Horner and Donna Stitely, both of Frederick, MD; three brothers, Richard Horner (Holly) and Kevin Stitely (Yvonne), Hagerstown, MD, and Douglas Stitely (Debbie), Frederick, MD; 14 grandchildren, Shidae, Zymera, Dwight Jr., Nyla, Jason Jr., Micah, Aaron, Cheyanne, Trey, Nate, Jalen, Kylie, Alecia, and Mollie; one great grandchild; three aunts, Connie Brice (Leon), Patsy Baker (John), and Sally Smith; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Charles and Helen Smith; uncle, Donald Horner; aunt, Mary Horner; and sisters, Delores Horner, Patricia A. Weishaar, and Deborah J. Hough.
