Thirston O. Bowie, Obituary (1966 - 2015)

Thirston O. Bowie, Jr., of Frederick, MD, passed on to his heavenly home on Thursday, December 10, 2015. He was born February 28, 1966, to the late Leona V. Bowie Duckett and the late Thirston O. Bowie, Sr. He was the stepson of Clarence Duckett, III. Thirston was a graduate of Frederick High School. He worked as a waiter and a laborer. He enjoyed serving people. His love for music was fascinating. He recently became affiliated with Asbury United Methodist Church. He is survived by his daughter, Aeisha and her husband; brother, Troy Bowie (Tina); grandmother, Imogene C. Brown; aunt, Clementine Myers; 2 nephews, Calysha and DeAndre Paugh; uncle, Ronald Bowie and his wife; 2 great aunts, Corinthia Brown (Charles) and Hattie Wars; 2 great uncles, Norman Carroll and Charles Wars, Sr. (Edith); special mom, Theresa Brown; special friend, Melvin Tyler; and a host of family and friends.
