Tony Lee Bowie

Mr. Tony (Skidlou) Lee Bowie, 46, of Frederick, went home to be with the Lord on April 29, 2013. Born May 5, 1966, in Frederick, he was the son of Lucille Bowie and Jimmie Pennywell Jr., (Stepmother Dorothy). He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. Tony loved spending time with family and friends at all family events. In addition to his parents, he is survived by: five brothers, Jerry, Barry, Jeffrey, Glen, and Wayne (Michelle); four sisters, Wanda, Bobbi, Shirlene, and Penny Bowie; one step sister, Aleta Bell; one step brother, Steven Griffith; two aunts, Dorothy Rollins and Shirley Blango; devoted friend, as a little sister, Tee-Tee; a devoted friend, Kim Mason; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by a brother, Rickey Bowie Sr., and a sister, Annette Bowie.
